Demonstration Plant, Rocklea, Queensland
Sims Metal’s existing recycling operation in Rocklea, Queensland is the location for Sims Resource Renewal’s demonstration plant. This demonstration plant is a small facility that has been specifically designed to demonstrate our process and for operational testing. It uses the same proven, plasma gasification technology as will be used on the front end of our commercial facilities, however at a smaller scale.
Our demonstration plant plays an important role in our ongoing innovation, process improvement and technology development.
